Food – Tomato soup with Vegetables

  It’s cold out here and soups are something that I just love to have during this season. Plus I have kinda started eating a bit healthy and watch my weight. So here’s a weight loss soup that can help you keep your tummy full. 

Tomato soup with vegetables 

Ingredients 

Boiled,blanched and blended tomatoes – 3

Boiled diced carrots – 2

Finely chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup

Red, yellow and green peppers finely chopped – 1/2 cup

Green peas – 2tbsp

Chopped mushrooms – 5 to 6

Finely chopped garlic – 1 tbsp

Finely chopped ginger – 1/2 tbsp

Finely chopped onion – 2tbsp
Method 

In a deep pot, add olive oil, garlic ,ginger and onions. Sauté well. Add the blended tomato with little water and add in all the veges. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook till all the veges are cooked and serve hot with garlic bread or boiled eggs or a simple butter toast.
